Mr. Gallivan has particular knowledge and experience holding nursing home accountable in cases involving bedsores, falls, choking incidents, sepsis, as well as physical and sexual abuse under New York State Public Health Law Section 2801-d.
Mr. Gallivan is a member of the Long Term Care Community Coalition, an organization committed to improving care provided to the elderly and disadvantaged. He is also an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Trial Academy and the Westchester County Bar Association. He previously served as a Board Member for the New York State Trial Academy.
